Castleconnell Boat Club is small, ambitious, and run almost entirely on the goodwill of members, parents, and the businesses that back us. Every donation and every sponsorship turns, eventually, into a boat, an hour of coaching, or a safer river.
Fleet. Racing boats cost thousands of euro each, and even basic club hulls take steady maintenance, repair, and eventual replacement. The boats your support funds today are the same boats juniors will learn in for the next decade.
Coaching. Structured sessions don't happen for free. The club pays qualified coaches for specialist areas like strength and conditioning, and supports some of our student rowing coaches through college — they bring expertise to the squad while we help them stay in the sport. Progress that's real, not accidental.
